How It Works
You can request a custom rosette or toploader for a specific image/character or a general theme. The colors and design will revolve around this.
Step 1: Choose your desired commission!
I am currently offering custom rosettes and toploaders. You can choose a single option or multiple, up to you! I also offer pair rosettes to display two badges at once.
If you want to display:
- a badge/button
- an enamel pin
A rosette is right for you! All rosettes are fashioned with a top keychain clasp, a partially concealed metal pinback, a loop on the front to hold a badge, and an additional connector ring at the bottom.
If you want to display:
- a photocard
- a cheki
- a trading card
- or any photo smaller than 3in x 4in
A toploader is right for you! All toploaders are fashioned with a top keychain clasp and an additional connector ring at the bottom.
Step 2: Choose your design type!
You can choose from multiple levels of complexity, depending on your preference. The level of complexity will influence the price per custom piece made. Feel free to look at the photos in the examples section and choose the style you would like.
I am very flexible, so if you have an idea you would like to do that is not listed already, or if you need some clarification, please message me and we can discuss further!
Step 3: Choose your colors/theme!
If you have a specific character or person with dedicated colors, symbols, or motifs then consider them when you choose colors/theme.
In general, you will choose 1-3 colors you would like me to use in the design. This can be based off colors specific to your requested character/person/theme or it can be based off a specific image. Whichever you like! If you don't want to choose specific colors for the design, you can also just show me what image you want to base the image around and leave it to me.
Step 4: Tell me about your oshi!
I'd like to know a little bit more about the character/person you're commissioning a custom for! Things like what they are from, if they have any motifs or symbols you consider important or related, and what the general vibe is. Feel free to write as little or as much as you like! I love learning about things people are passionate about.
If you already have existing physical merch to decorate, awesome! If you don't, I can always print out a picture for you. There will be an option for you to choose whether you would like me to print something specific for you. (I can also draw you custom art for your deco! For badges, the art is 20$ per image and for toploaders the art is 60$ per image.)
Step 5: Pricing, Shipping, and Updates
Pricing of each piece is based on the complexity chosen per design. If you need a badge made as well, there is a small extra cost per badge. there is no additional cost for pictures in toploaders. Shipping cost is calculated based on distance and weight.
After completion of the form, a price quote will be sent to you with a list of all items being paid for. Once approved, a PayPal invoice will be sent to the email requested.
Once paid, you will be added to my In-Progress commissions list. I may message you for clarification or your opinion on ribbon colors before I start, but most commonly you will get two main updates: one for when the commission is finished and one for when it is shipped. If my commissions list is long and there is a long predicted wait time, I will update you on your progress in line. I ship all domestic packages with USPS.
